As an Entry-level HVAC Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience working directly alongside experienced technicians on real residential and commercial projects. You’ll learn the core fundamentals of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems while earning competitive pay in a stable, fast-growing field. No previous HVAC experience is required, just a strong work ethic and a desire to learn!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, repair, and seasonal maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
- Learn to properly use specialized HVAC tools, test equipment, and diagnostic software.
- Transport tools, equipment, and job materials safely to and from work sites.
- Help assemble and install ductwork, piping, and essential system components.
